Lany Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company,
which is engaged in professionally studying, developing and
producing Self－lubricant, wearable and sealed high polymer engineering
composite. Her predecessor is Shanghai Xinlong Plastics Co.,
Ltd established in 1994. Having been reformed as non-governmental
high-tech company (Shanghai Municipal Science & Technology
Commission Authentication) in 2001, now she is the member of
Fluorine Plastics Processing Commission (FPPC) in China Plastics
Processing Industry Association (CPPIA). Lany is the shareholder
of listed corporate including SVA Information Industry Co.,
Ltd.(600637.SH) and Guangdong Feng Hua Advanced Technology Co.,
Ltd.（000636.SZ）, and also holds shares of Shanghai LANY Plastic
Co., Ltd. Her founders consist of many experts engaged in space
technology and returned students.
In the early eighties, Lany’s main founder Zuoyu Wang took charge
of localized developing plastics soft strip, and gained
the second prize(No：85B2276-1) of technology progress of Ministry
of Aero-Space Industry in July 1986, then participated in
examining and approving National Standard about the products.
Now both the production techniques and manufacturing scale of
Lany’s main product——6S Soft Strip for Machine Tool Slideway
reached the internal ahead level. Because of Nanometer Super-fine
formula, the material of 6S Soft Strip for Machine Tool Slideway
is more uniform and compact so as to eliminate internal stress
and distortion when shearing, and its shape is more flat and
absolutely no “flouncing”, and it has more abrasion resistance
and its quality has already approach or beyond that of import
soft strip. In addition, special–purpose adhesive adopt import
environmental protection material and has uniform material,
little odor and simple proportioning( weight proportion ratio
is 1:1); it adopt nano-filling and become ultra-stable network
resin structure through high speed shearing and dispersal, and
will not sediment in a long time, and has good low-temperature
tenacity, high cohesion intensity, better bearing oil. On the
premise of not increasing solidification time, it can extremely
prolong gelatinizing operation time(45min) so as to bring convenience
to instantaneously operate large-scale machine tool or many
machine tools.
